We started Vigilio because we spent time with security agency owners in Switzerland and saw the same scene play out everywhere: a planner juggling three WhatsApp groups, a spreadsheet, and a phone, trying to staff next Saturday's event before someone dropped out again.

Vigilio is headquartered in Zürich. We are a small, focused team that believes deeply in building software that fits its context, not generic tools retrofitted for a market, but something shaped by the actual constraints of operating a security company in Switzerland.
Our team is based in Zürich, giving us direct access to Switzerland's security industry ecosystem, and a short train ride from every canton we serve.
Why we exist
WhatsApp is not a workforce management system "Every small security agency we visited ran their staffing through a group chat and a spreadsheet — we built Vigilio because no industry that depends on licensed, on-time professionals should be coordinated through a messaging app.
